Draft document
Terms of Service
Draft updated: 6 October 2026
1. Platform and agency services
myvisaspace provides tools for agencies to manage applications and communicate with customers. Your selected agency is responsible for explaining the services it offers, its charges, and any separate service conditions. The scope of assistance depends on the product or service you choose.
2. Accounts and authorised use
Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be legally able to request the service or act through an authorised representative.
Agency users must only access information and perform actions they are authorised to handle. Do not share credentials or use another person's account without permission.
3. Application information and documents
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information and authentic supporting documents. Only submit information about another traveller if you have authority to act for them.
Check the requirements for your destination and respond promptly to requests for additional information. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay processing or affect an application outcome.
4. Fees, payments, and refunds
Review the displayed price, currency, service description, and any additional charges before paying. Agency service fees, platform registration fees, and visa authority charges may be separate items. A payment confirmation is not confirmation of visa approval.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the service purchased, work already performed, third-party charges, and applicable law. Ask the agency or platform support for the relevant conditions before paying. This draft does not establish a blanket refund or non-refund rule or limit any mandatory consumer rights.
5. Visa decisions and processing times
Visa decisions rest with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Using the platform, paying a fee, or receiving application assistance does not guarantee approval, entry permission, or a particular completion date.
Published processing times are estimates unless a service expressly states otherwise. Requirements and timelines may change. Consider these uncertainties before making travel commitments.
6. Acceptable use and availability
Do not upload fraudulent or unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform, or misuse another person's information. Access may be restricted to address suspected misuse or security concerns, subject to applicable law.
Maintenance, technical issues, and third-party service interruptions may affect availability. Contact support if an interruption affects a payment or application. The final terms will provide further details about service availability and responsibility.
7. Privacy, concerns, and updates
The draft Privacy Policy explains how account and application information is handled. Contact your agency about application services and platform support about account or technical concerns, including payment issues requiring investigation.
These terms are temporary and will be updated after review. The revision date will identify the latest version. Nothing in this draft removes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
