Your questions.
A clearer path.
From registering your agency to managing your first application, find the answers you need to move forward.
Joining myvisaspace
Who can join as an affiliate?
Existing travel and visa agencies, as well as new agencies, can apply. You will need to provide your business details and CAC certificate for verification. Both registered business names and companies are accepted.
What does myvisaspace do, and what does my agency handle?
myvisaspace provides your branded portal and the application processing services included in each enabled product. Your agency manages its brand, customer relationships, retail pricing, staff access, and payment coordination. Check the scope of each product before offering it to a customer.
How much does registration cost, and what is included?
The current one-time registration fee is ₦50,000.00. It includes agency branding, customer and application management, document submissions, payment tracking, retail pricing for enabled products, and one administrator account with up to three staff accounts. Individual application processing fees and visa authority charges are separate.
Which destinations and services can I offer?
Availability depends on the active product catalogue and the products enabled for your agency. Contact support before registering if a particular destination or service is essential to your business. Review current requirements and processing options before quoting a customer.
Verification and activation
What do I need to complete business verification?
Provide your legal business name, CAC registration number, business address, business phone, business email, and CAC certificate. A CAC status report, representative’s ID, proof of business address, and other supporting documents are optional. Upload PDF, PNG, or JPEG files, up to 4 MB per document and 8 MB per upload request.
What happens after I create an account?
Complete your business details and submit your documents for review. Once approved, complete the required registration payment to activate your customer portal. Creating an account, submitting documents, or paying alone does not complete activation.
Can I prepare my dashboard while my business is under review?
Yes. After you submit your business verification, you can use the partner dashboard to prepare your products, branding, and team settings while the review is pending. Your public agency website and customer portal remain unavailable until activation. If changes are requested, complete those changes in organization setup before continuing.
What does ‘changes requested’ mean?
The review team needs you to correct or clarify something. Open Settings → Company & legal documents, read the review note, update the requested details or files, and submit again. Submitted details are locked during review unless changes are requested. Only your agency administrator can edit verification documents or pay the registration fee.
How long does verification take?
There is no fixed verification turnaround published here. Follow your organization’s review status and any requests for changes. Contact support if you need an update; include your agency name and registered email address.
Your agency portal and team
Can I use my own branding and domain?
You can add your agency name, logo, colours, and contact details and use a myvisaspace subdomain. Custom domain configuration is also supported. Contact support to confirm the requirements for your domain, and complete domain verification before sharing that address with customers.
Can my staff use the portal?
Your agency includes one administrator account and up to three staff accounts. Invite staff through team settings so each person uses their own account. Administrator permissions are required for controls such as business verification, payment settings, and product pricing.
How do my customers use the portal?
Share your activated agency portal address. Customers create an account, select an available service, review its requirements, and follow the payment and application steps. They can return to view application progress, payment information, and requests for documents or corrections.
Pricing and earnings
Can I set my own customer prices?
Yes. Your agency administrator can enable available products and set permitted retail prices, subject to each product’s base-fee minimum. Review the base price and your markup in product settings. Visa authority fees are separate from the processing-price markup.
How does my agency earn from an application?
Your processing-price markup is the difference between your retail processing price and the platform’s base processing fee. For example, a hypothetical ₦100,000 base fee and ₦120,000 retail price give a ₦20,000 markup before any applicable transaction charges or your own costs. This example is illustrative, not a current product quote.
Where do I receive my share of online payments?
Your agency administrator can submit bank details in payment settings. Changes await platform review; the current payout account stays in place until the replacement is approved and successfully provisioned. Saving unchanged details preserves your setup. Use the separate stop control if new online payments must be blocked. Previously initialized payments and settlements already with Paystack are unaffected. Contact support to confirm settlement timing and charges; displayed markup is not proof that funds have reached your bank.
Are visa fees and fast-track charges included?
Check the selected product’s price breakdown. Regular visa applications may require a separate visa authority fee later. E-visa products use an upfront fee without a separate later visa-fee stage. Fast-track is available only for eligible products, with its own price and timeline. Explain all applicable charges before the customer pays.
Payments and receipts
How can customers pay?
Customers follow the payment options available at checkout, which may include online payment, bank transfer, or an already-paid option with receipt upload. Use the instructions and account details shown for that transaction. A receipt upload can remain pending until it has been verified.
If a customer pays my agency, is the application ready for processing?
Customer payment to your agency and verification of payment to myvisaspace are separate steps. For agency-collected payments, confirm the customer’s payment, transfer the required platform amount, and upload the platform transfer receipt for verification. Processing requires verified payment; confirming the customer’s receipt alone does not complete that requirement.
What should I do if a receipt is rejected or payment stays pending?
Read the payment review note and correct the relevant receipt or transfer evidence in the existing application or checkout. If money has left the payer’s account but the status is unclear, contact support with the transaction reference, application reference, amount, and payment date before attempting another payment.
What happens if a customer cancels or asks for a refund?
Check the terms applicable to the purchased service and contact support with the application and payment references. Do not promise a refund or assume every charge is non-refundable without confirming the relevant conditions. Explain your agency’s own charges and cancellation conditions to customers before taking payment.
Applications and processing
Who needs to act when more information is requested?
Open the application to read the request and see which information, document, correction, or approval is needed. Coordinate with your customer and use the application’s supported upload and communication tools. A submitted form does not mean every document has passed review.
Does ‘ready for submission’ mean the visa is approved?
No. Ready for submission means internal preparation is complete. Submitted to embassy means the application has actually been submitted to the authority and is awaiting its decision. Visa approved and Visa refused are official outcomes. For e-visas, internal approval, submission to immigration, and issuance are also separate milestones.
How long will an application take?
Review the applicable product timeline and service terms before purchase. Confirm when the processing period starts and how any recorded hold affects it. Application preparation and submission timelines are different from an embassy or immigration authority’s decision time. Fast-track does not guarantee an appointment or a favourable decision.
Can customers submit a group e-visa application?
For group e-visa applications, customers can add companions and review one combined payment total. Each traveler, including children, has their own fee, form, documents, and application progress. Payment verification applies to the shared checkout, while each traveler’s case is processed separately.
Does payment or use of myvisaspace guarantee a visa?
No. Payment, document review, internal approval, or fast-track purchase does not guarantee a visa or permission to enter a country. The relevant embassy or immigration authority makes that decision.
Support and account access
How do I get help?
Email support@myvisaspace.com. Include your agency name, registered email, the application or transaction reference if relevant, and a short description of what happened. For an urgent appointment issue, include the appointment date and time. Share application documents through the portal’s supported upload tools and never send your password.
What if I cannot sign in or my customer portal is unavailable?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page if you need to reset your password. If your customer portal is unavailable, check your organization’s verification, activation, and domain status. For continuing access issues, email support with the portal address and the error you see.
